Centropyge is structured following an integrated quality management and regulatory requirements, namely NP EN ISO 9001/2000 and OHSAS 18001 (NP 4397).
We recognize that to develop, apply and improve the effectiveness of a quality management system, it is essential to make the approach gradually in order to increase customer satisfaction and to meet their requirements.
The application of methodologies such as "Plan-Do-Check-Act" (PDCA), for example checking, sorting, and elimination of the causes of nonconformities, the monitoring of customer satisfaction, the assignment of capacities and responsibilities, and others, ensure effective control of the processes.
In order to have a proactive management that ensures effective and suitable implementation of methods and processes, Centropyge develops activities such as maintenance, to ensure that their execution is carried out under conditions specified by procedures, templates and work instructions.
